About the Event
Hatha/Vinyasa (yoga-flow) 60min
A traditional Hatha/Vinyasa class with an infusion of Ashtanga and Iyengar.
Calming and focussing the mind, whilst moving the body through a sequence of postures, correographed to allow smooth transitions and a continuous flow of energy, as we go through warm-up, standing, sitting and lying positions, working with strength, balance, flexibility and agility, always integrating movement with the breath. You will get a good workout as well as coming away feeling relaxed and invigorated.
The class suits both beginners and experienced yogis.
After the class you are welcome to enjoy a cup of ginger tea with fellow participants.
